Position Overview
The Cash Platform Specialist will be responsible for managing and updating DRC’s cash platforms, including financial service providers’ data management systems. This role ensures seamless integration and communication across platforms while maintaining secure handling of beneficiary data in compliance with data protection regulations.
The Specialist will also strengthen the capacity of DRC teams and partners regarding cash and voucher assistance (CVA) modalities, working closely with the Economic Recovery Manager. Additionally, the role involves supporting the development and dissemination of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CVA and ensuring all relevant staff receive proper training on these SOPs and tools, including the DRC CVA Toolbox.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and update DRC’s cash platform systems and financial service provider data solutions.
– Ensure secure storage and handling of beneficiary data in line with data protection laws to safeguard privacy and integrity.
– Provide technical support and capacity building to DRC teams and partners on CVA modalities.
– Collaborate with the Economic Recovery Manager to develop and implement CVA SOPs.
– Promote the dissemination and use of the DRC CVA Toolbox across sectors within DRC Nigeria.
– Train relevant staff on CVA SOPs, tools, and systems to ensure effective implementation.
