We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute a social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage daily activity across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals
– Create and manage a robust content calendar focused on education, storytelling, and partnerships
– Design high-quality visuals, graphics, and videos for social media platforms
– Manage daily social media activity, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with online communities
– Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and adapt content strategy to improve engagement and reach
– Collaborate with internal teams to source stories, images, and content
– Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and conversions
– Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms and content
Requirements:
– 2-4 years of social media management and graphic design experience
– Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing apps
– Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation skills
– Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
– Experience in cause-driven communication is a plus
