Scope
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Officer to drive the recruitment efforts
for our Semicolon Techpreneurship Program. The ideal candidate will manage education programs,
screen and enroll prospective students passionate about software engineering, and collaborate
with marketing, academics, and operations teams to ensure a seamless process. This role requires
strong presentation skills for conducting information sessions and focuses on achieving targeted
recruitment numbers, ensuring a good fit between learners and our programs, and facilitating
effective onboarding and transition for new students.
