Job Description:
UN Women is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to serve as a Resource Mobilization and Knowledge Management Junior Analyst. As an International UN Youth Volunteer, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s resource mobilization and knowledge management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the development and implementation of resource mobilization strategies
– Conduct research and analysis on potential donors and funding opportunities
– Assist in the preparation of funding proposals and reports
– Develop and maintain a knowledge management system to track and share best practices and lessons learned
– Provide support to the program team in the development of knowledge products and materials
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field
– 0-2 years of experience in resource mobilization, knowledge management, or a related field
– Strong analytical and research skills
– Excellent communication and writing skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other UN languages is an asset
