Remote Opportunity: Grant Writer
We are seeking a skilled Grant Writer to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching and securing funding opportunities from various sources, including government grants, private foundations, and corporate sponsors, for our US-based organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify funding sources.
• Write, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary data.
• Ensure proposals meet funder guidelines and deadlines.
• Maintain a grant calendar and track proposal progress.
• Prepare progress reports for ongoing grants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funders.
• Stay current with grant regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven grant writing experience with a strong track record.
• Experience writing grants for US-based organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary: N150,000 monthly.
