Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have fluent English with a polished, professional accent, strong remote customer service experience, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, or phone.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of customer interactions.
• Utilize CRM and ticketing systems for efficient support management.
• Stay updated on company policies, tools, and best practices to provide accurate assistance.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Must be based in Nigeria.
• Must have a working laptop.
• Fluent English with a Grade A accent (clear, professional, and easy to understand).
• Strong remote customer service experience with a focus on problem-solving.
• Comfortable using CRM and customer support platforms.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and workflows quickly. Must have TECHNICAL SUPPORT experience.
