The Abuja Photo Festival is seeking a highly motivated and organized Programs Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing our monthly programs, assisting with festival research and development, and providing administrative support.

_Job Type:_ Hybrid (remote and in-person work)

_Responsibilities:_
– Plan and execute monthly programs, including workshops, artist talks, photo walks, film screenings, and creatives’ connect
– Assist in researching, developing, and implementing the Abuja Photo Festival
– Provide administrative support to the Festival Director and other staff as needed
– Handle media relations, public engagement, and community outreach through social media, press releases, and other channels
– Foster partnerships with local and international organizations to promote the festival
_Requirements:_
– Passion for photography, creatives, and arts administration
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in social media management and content creation
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
