Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agronomy, or a related field.
Experience required: 6+ years of experience in palm plantation management or a similar agricultural role.
Strong knowledge of palm cultivation, pest control, and harvesting techniques.
Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
