Responsibilities may include:
• Managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Handling email communication and managing inquiries.
• Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics.
• Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Utilizing Xero for invoicing, bank reconciliation, and other accounting tasks.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Solid working knowledge of Xero accounting software (invoicing, bank reconciliation, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
