Job Title: Operations Coordinator – Motherland 2025 Festival & Expo
Location: Lagos/Abuja
Our client is looking for a highly organised Operations Coordinator to support logistics, vendor coordination, and project tracking for their upcoming festival and expo. If you’re detail-oriented and great at multitasking in fast-paced environments, this role is for you!
Key Duties:
Manage and coordinate vendors (food, fashion, tech, etc.)
Oversee logistics, venue prep, rentals & scheduling
Track projects, update internal teams, and maintain documentation
Requirements:
2–4 years in operations, events, or vendor/project coordination
Excellent organizational & communication skills
Proficiency in spreadsheets and project tools
Familiarity with Nigeria’s event space is a plus
