We are seeking dynamic and committed Operations Managers to join our growing team as we work to transform and professionalize public transportation services across Nigeria. These are full-time, on-site roles located in major cities nationwide.
About the Role
As a Terminal and Park Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day running of transport terminals and parks – from bus and train terminals to water transport points such as boat and ferry jetties. You will be responsible for ensuring that these hubs operate efficiently, safely, and in a customer-friendly manner.
This is more than just an operations role — it is a mission-driven position for professionals who are passionate about improving urban mobility and enhancing the passenger experience in Nigeria’s transportation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operations of bus parks, train terminals, and water terminals

Coordinate and maintain relationships with various transport stakeholders including bus and car services, boat and ferry operators, train services, Keke Napep, and Okada riders

Ensure seamless integration of online passenger booking systems with offline operations and driver engagement

Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with safety and service standards

Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, and private operators to foster collaborative solutions

Manage daily terminal logistics, staff, ticketing, crowd control, and customer inquiries

Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and service satisfaction
Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in transport operations, terminal or fleet management, or logistics

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

Ability to work in fast-paced, people-centered environments

Tech-savvy and open to digital transformation in transportation
