Next Gen/Campus Reporter Social Media Training – Amplifying News Stories and Building a Strong Media Presence on Social Media
The Next Gen/Campus Reporter project of the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) will be hosting a virtual training for campus journalists on how to maximise social media and use the platforms to amplify their news stories.
This training is designed to help campus journalists understand the power of social media presence and how to connect with stakeholders, amongst other objectives.
This knowledge will help increase the reach and impact of their stories. It’ll also equip them to be professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Must be a campus journalist.
2. Must have published at least 2 articles on the Campus Reporter website
3. Must be available for the training.
