Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Kaduna and Ogun. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving maximum sales, profitability, growth, and account penetration within the assigned territory and/or market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve set monthly commercial sales objectives targets for assigned territory
– Implement all aspects of the sales cycle and go-to-market model
– Develop good knowledge of MSI Nigeria products and services
– Ensure optimum territory coverage and improved productive call rate during face-to-face calls
– Manage key relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers in the territory
– Provide timely reports on market intelligence and customer feedback
Requirements:
– University degree in Biological, Physiological sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
– Minimum of one year of sales or related experience or training in pharmaceutical or healthcare
– Proven ability to work as a team player
– Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Valid driver’s license
