Responsibilities:
• Installation & Maintenance:
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems for LCNG storage and dispensing.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, and piping systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of valves, regulators, and pressure control equipment.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Adhere to industry standards (NFPA 52, ASME, local codes).
• Implement safety measures to prevent mechanical failures and hazards.
• Conduct risk assessments and report potential issues.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs:
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults in equipment and control systems.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of repairs and system performance.
• Operational Support:
• Assist in monitoring system efficiency and recommending improvements.
• Support automation and control system operations.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance station performance.
Qualifications:
• OND/HND or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in industrial mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of LCNG station operations and mechanical safety standards.
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and basic pneumatic controls.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
