Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of relevant experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or sales management, preferably in FMCG or beauty/cosmetics industry.
Proven track record of driving brand growth and meeting performance targets.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to fieldwork.
Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, including CRM, Salesforce automation apps, and reporting platforms.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
