Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful program outcomes. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including program staff, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and timelines
– Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
– Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including program staff, vendors, and stakeholders
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community leaders
– Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making recommendations for improvement
– Identify and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans as needed
– Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
– Supervise and mentor program staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements
-Relevant Qualification
– Minimum 5 years of experience in program management
– Proven track record of successfully managing programs, including budget management and timeline execution
– Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
– Certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP, CPM)
