Compensation & Benefits: ₦200,000 monthly + Pension + 13th Month + HMO
Requirements:
1. Maximum age: 30 years
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service/contact centre roles
3. HND or OND holders only (no BSc)
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
2. Resolve customer issues and provide timely feedback.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
5. Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.
