Job Opportunity: WISH2 Client Exit Interviews (CEIs) Fieldwork Partner
The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) Africa Region is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fieldwork Partner to oversee and implement the fieldwork aspects of the Client Exit Interviews (CEIs) under the Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH2) program.
Background:
The WISH2 program aims to improve the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of women and girls in Africa. The program focuses on increasing access to comprehensive and integrated SRHR services, including family planning, maternal health, and HIV services.
Scope of Work:
The Fieldwork Partner will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all fieldwork aspects of the Client Exit Interviews (CEIs). This will involve:
– Coordinating with IPPF’s WISH Hub Team and in-country partners to ensure successful implementation of the CEIs
– Engaging in direct communication with clinical sites (SDPs) and in-country partners to facilitate the data collection process
– Ensuring that all fieldwork activities are conducted in accordance with the agreed-upon protocols and procedures
– Managing and supervising fieldwork teams to ensure high-quality data collection
– Providing regular updates and progress reports to IPPF’s WISH Hub Team
Requirements:
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and implementing fieldwork activities, preferably in the field of SRHR
– Proven experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including in-country partners and clinical sites
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Fluency in English and French (optional)
