Project Overview
Solina is supporting the Safety and Antimicrobial Resistance of Mass Administration of Azithromycin (SARMAAN II) project. This project involves the mass administration of azithromycin with a focus on safety and antimicrobial resistance monitoring.
Solina coordinates and oversees all project activities at the national, state, and Local Government Area (LGA) levels. To ensure effective implementation at the grassroots, we are recruiting LGA Consultants to supervise and support key activities such as advocacy, communication and social mobilization (ACSM), supply chain management, and mass drug administration (MDA) operations in target LGAs.
Role Description
The LGA Consultant will:
– Coordinate and supervise all SARMAAN II activities within the assigned LGA.
– Oversee ACSM efforts and monitor the local supply chain.
– Support the smooth implementation of the MDA campaign.
– Collaborate closely with LGA authorities, health workers, community mobilizers, and state technical teams to ensure effective delivery of the campaign.
