JOB DESCRIPTIONS
l Monitor daily transactions across payment gateways, banks, and internal systems
l Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts, wallet balances, and ledger entries
l Investigate and resolve discrepancies, failed transactions, or chargebacks
l Reconcile settlement reports from third-party processors
l Ensure timely settlement of funds to merchants, partners, or internal accounts
l Coordinate with banks to confirm fund movements and resolve delays
l Maintain and verify settlement schedules and reports
l Escalate any irregularities or unresolved items to the appropriate teams
l Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and settlement reports
l Assist with audits and provide required documentation for internal or regulatory reviews
l Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
l Support improvements in reconciliation automation and operational efficiency

REQUIREMENT
l Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field
l 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments
l Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes, payment flows, and transaction systems
l Proficiency in Excel and reconciliation tools; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus
l Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
l Excellent communication and time management abilities
l High level of integrity and professionalism
l Experience working with wallets, card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), or payment gateways
l Familiarity with APIs and fintech platforms
l Exposure to financial regulations or local payment guidelines
