Job Opportunity: Hausa Speaking Call Centre Agents
A leading telecommunications company is seeking intelligent, friendly, and vibrant young graduates to join its Call Center team in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
We are looking for personable individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Attending to customers over the phone in Hausa and English.
• Providing information and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Escalating complex queries to appropriate units for prompt resolution.
• Capturing customer details accurately on the system.
• Providing product information and advice to customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Excellent spoken Hausa and English Language proficiency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly disposition, charming character, and amiable personality.
• Must be computer literate.
• Not more than 28 years of age.
