ABOUT WCAHEALTH:

WCAHealth is a registered non-profit organization established under Nigerian law in 2020. We operate autonomously to implement locally-led health interventions and services across Africa. With a strong focus on women, girls, and underserved communities, WCAHealth develops evidence-based health solutions grounded in local context, stakeholder collaboration, and expert insights. Our work is anchored in three core principles: evidence generation, adaptive learning, and system strengthening through data, encouraging responsible leadership within the health system. We strive to create scalable solutions that strengthen health outcomes across Africa.

OPEN POSITIONS:

We are actively recruiting for the following critical roles:

•  People & Culture Manager

•  Finance Manager

•  Technical Advisor, HCD, Adolescent SHR & PHC Integration

•  State Programme Manager (Benue, Enugu, Taraba)

•  MERL & Evidence Officer (Benue, Enugu, Taraba)

•  Big Sister Officer (Benue, Enugu, Taraba)

•  Transport and Logistics Assistant (Project Driver/Admin Assistant)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS:

•  Location: Multiple states in Nigeria (specific states listed for certain roles).
