Job Summary
At Urehgab, we are seeking passionate and results-driven Van Sales Executives and Route-to-Market Executives to strengthen our sales operations and distribution network across multiple states. This role involves managing retail outlets, ensuring product availability, and executing effective RTM strategies to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Acquire and onboard new distributors, retail outlets, and partners.
Execute van sales operations, including route planning, stock distribution, and cash collection.
Implement RTM strategies to expand coverage and increase brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat sales and retention.
Track sales performance, monitor trends, and provide regular market insights.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in FMCG sales, van sales, or RTM management.
Valid driver’s license (for Van Sales Executives) with ability to drive manual transmission.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Target-driven and comfortable working under pressure.
