Role:
- The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment, onboarding, and staff development while driving performance management and employee engagement.
- The role also oversees daily office operations, procurement, and vendor management, ensuring accurate records and compliance with labour laws and governance standards. In addition, the manager will supervise administrative staff and coordinate logistics for meetings and events, fostering an efficient and high-performing workplace.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years’ HR & admin management experience (preferably in corporate, membership-based, or development sector)
- Degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Relations (HR certification like (CIPM/SHRM/CIPD preferred)
