A leading company in the health sector, specializing in the sales of medical equipment, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Officer to join their team in Kaduna.

About the Role:
As the Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality medical equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with health regulations and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing of quality materials at competitive prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including shipments, orders, and invoices.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to align supply chain processes with manufacturing schedules.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and internal quality standards.
• Assist in the development of supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and submit monthly supply chain reports to management.
Requirements:
• BSc, HND, or OND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in any sector.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory systems, with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work setting.
