Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth and business development within the Eastern Region of Nigeria.
The RSM will oversee and lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, manage key client relationships, and work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure the region achieves its sales objectives.
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industry, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in managing a regional sales team or territory with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of the local market and regional trends.
Salary
N200,000 – N500,000 / Month.
