Job Description
This Sales Trainee program offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to kick-start their career in Sales and develop into future leaders within our organization.
The Medical Sales traineewill undergo comprehensive training and be responsible for promoting LifeBankproducts to hospitals. She / he will build market positionsby identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales. S/he will work to retain and grow the client base of the company, foster client relationships and develop new opportunities for LifeBank’sproducts and services.
Requirements
BS.c in Biological and Medical Sciences, Sales and Marketing, Business Management or any other related fields.
0 – 1yearexperience in direct sales in the Pharma and healthcare industryis a plus
Good organization skills and results driven
Highly Self motivated
Highly analytical with a drive for numbers
Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office Suite
Good initiative, time and stress management skills.
Field visits to Clients sites at least 4 days in a week.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
