– Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

– Manage daily front desk operations, including answering calls and coordinating appointments.

– Assist with preparing, filing, and organizing case files and legal documents.

– Support the legal team with research, document review, and other administrative tasks.

– Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

Requirements and competencies for a Digital

Specialist (Social Media Management) Introduction: A Digital Specialist responsible for

setting up and managing social media platforms such-as YouTube,Facebook, TIk Tok and others  must possess a diverse set of technical skills, creative abilities, and strategic understanding .

This analysis outlines the essential requirements and competencies necessary for

effective performance in this role.

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing

Communications, Digital Media, or other  relevant  fields.

• Professional certifications in Social Media

Management, Digital Marketing, or related

disciplines are a plus .

2. Technical Skills: 

• Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,

Twitter, Linkedin, and other emerging social

media platforms .

• Content Creation: Ability to produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, images

and graphics. 

• Video Editing Skills: Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro,

or mobile editing apps. 

• Analytics and Insights: Proficiency in social

media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook

Insights . YouTube analytics. Tik Tok

Analytics) to monitor performance and

optimize strategies. 

• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization principles to increase

content visibility.

• Scheduling Tools: Familiarity with tools used for scheduling contents on social media platforms. 

Platform Management and Setup:

• Proven experience in creating and

 configuring social media accounts on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,

Twitter, Linkedin, and other plattorms .

• Ability to optimize profiles for maximum

engagement and reach. 

• Knowledge of platform-specific best

practices and features.

Content Creation & Management: 

• Strong creative skills to develop compelling

multimedia content, including videos, images,

and written posts .

• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite , Canva or mobile

editing apps. 

• Ability to develop content calendars and

manage scheduling tools such as Hootsuite .
