About the Role
We are looking for driven and ambitious recent graduates or NYSC corps members who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop practical HR skills while working in a flexible, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Support the coordination of interviews and selection processes.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
• Recommend qualified candidates for open positions.
• Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
• Recent graduate or current NYSC corps member.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
