Job Brief: Field Activation Support Analyst

The Field Activation Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting agency relationships and field activation initiatives within assigned territories. This role is responsible for agency performance management, database upkeep, reporting, support for acquisition activities, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee end-to-end management of agencies within the assigned region, ensuring performance metrics are met, including: RGS30 compliance, full headcount utilization, minimum 90% daily active rate for canvassers and maintenance of appropriate canvasser float levels.
  2. Maintain an up-to-date canvasser database for all agencies within assigned territories.
  3. Generate, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on acquisition numbers for regions and sub-regions.
  4. Support all acquisition and activation agencies, handling escalated issues promptly and ensuring SLA compliance.
  5. Provide feedback to field teams on resolution status and liaise with support to manage agent profiles.
  6. Address customer acquisition queries and complaints efficiently, escalating as needed for resolution.
  7. Process necessary documentation for agency engagement and facilitate monthly salary reimbursements.
  8. Provide timely data insights to canvasser teams to support agency performance.
  9. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure a seamless synergy with field activation resources.
  10. Communicate offers, customer propositions, and updates to the field and trade teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI, and Power Pivot.
• Sales and marketing skills is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
