Federal Government’s Direct Benefit Transfer Programme Supports Vulnerable Households

  The Federal Government is currently disbursing N75,000 to eligible households through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Programme, aimed at supporting vulnerable Nigerians.

  The programme targets reaching 15 million vulnerable households across the nation.

  Disbursement is made in three installments of N25,000 each.

  Each recipient must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN) to receive payments on behalf of their household.

  To be eligible, households must be registered on the National Social Register of poor and vulnerable households in Nigeria.

  The DBT programme aims to alleviate hardship and promote financial and economic inclusion for vulnerable populations.

Important Public Notice:

  This payment is FREE. You are not required to pay anyone to benefit from this programme.

  It is fraudulent to pay for inclusion on the National Social Register.

  The Federal Government is committed to reaching those in need transparently and fairly.
