Facility / Hospital Manager at Ascentech Services Limited
Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
Location: Katsina

Job Responsibilities
– Manage all aspects of hospital facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and safety compliance.
– Ensure adherence to local and national healthcare regulations and standards.
– Supervise facility management staff and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
– Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource management for facility operations.
– Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and equipment servicing to minimise downtime.
– Lead emergency preparedness and response planning for the facility.
– Collaborate with hospital administration and clinical teams to support facility needs.
– Address facility-related issues raised by staff and patients promptly.
Qualifications and Experience
– HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, Facility Management, or other related fields.
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility or hospital management.
– Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and safety standards.
– Proven leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
– Proficient in facility management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
