Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our target consumer base, improving customer experience, and driving sales and brand loyalty. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that enhance our product reach and resonate with our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

  Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales effectiveness.

  Track and analyze sales data to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  Must have prior experience in FMCG sales.

  Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Strong understanding of the local market and customer base.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements Must be a graduate.

BSc/HND in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

Must have worked or have FMCG company experience

Must have at least 5years of experience in sales or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Must have a Tea/Coffee sales experience.
