About the Role:
EIDU is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Education Officer to drive the successful implementation of its program pilot in Nigeria. This role requires a collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program Implementation: Facilitate teacher training, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure successful program implementation across EIDU schools.
• Digital Platform Adoption: Drive the adoption and effective utilization of digital platforms for lesson planning and student engagement, leveraging government education officer influence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between EIDU and state-level activities, building strong relationships with government education officers to support teacher training programs.
• Reporting and Communication: Compile and present program progress reports to government officials and executive leaders, promoting dashboard utilization for active monitoring.
• Administrative Duties Handle Adminstrative and Cross-functional duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program Implementation & Support: Conduct school visits to observe program implementation, provide feedback, and support teachers in achieving superior educational outcomes.
• Government Relations Support: Work closely with the government relations team, assisting with data collection, arranging school visits, and promoting the EIDU Program as needed.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Actively contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of EIDU’s digital learning platforms and materials, supporting the organization’s innovation efforts.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on training sessions, field activities, and school visits, ensuring thorough documentation and accountability.
• Ethical Conduct & Child Protection: Maintain the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and child protection throughout all interactions and school visits.
• Other Assigned Tasks: Fulfill other tasks as assigned to support the overall program objectives.
