CHIP Training and Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking Field Supervisors and Enumerators in the following states:
Kano
Kaduna
Sokoto
Jigawa
Borno
Lagos
Field Supervisor Responsibilities
The Field Supervisor will ensure a high-quality data collection process by:
Conducting supervisory visits to enumerator deployment sites.
Actively participating in the orientation training of field enumerators.
Monitoring data collection activities and promptly addressing any errors through troubleshooting and coordination.
Organizing and conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) in target schools.
Enumerator Responsibilities
Enumerators will play a vital role in collecting accurate data from local communities by:
Being fluent in the spoken languages of the target areas to facilitate effective communication with children in their mother tongues.
Ensuring data accuracy and adherence to protocols during the collection process.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience in fieldwork, data collection, or related roles.
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔️ Fluency in local languages is a must for Enumerators.
✔️ Availability to work in the listed states.
