Career Opportunity: HR & Admin Manager – Kebbi State (Manufacturing)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team in Kebbi State, Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR and administrative functions of a growing manufacturing company.
Position: HR & Admin Manager
• Location: Kebbi State, Nigeria

• Salary: N800,000
Responsibilities:
• Manage key relationships with statutory and regulatory agencies related to product, people, and government (NAFDAC, MANCAP, SON, Kebbi State Ministries, Governor’s Office, Emir’s Office, etc.).
• Manage a team of national employees in the factory.
• Lead recruiting and retention efforts.
• Manage labor contractors and ensure adequate labor availability in the factory.
• Ensure all administrative issues are preempted and resolved.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field. A professional certificate is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of office administration, HR processes, and industrial compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of safety and labor regulations is an added advantage.
• A plus if the candidate can speak Hausa and has experience working in Sokoto or Kebbi State.
