Greenville LNG is a Nigerian energy company that pioneered the production and distribution of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for domestic use. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Station Manager will oversee all operational, commercial, and safety aspects of the assigned station.
A. Operations and Safety (HSE)
1. Supervise the regular supply, sales, and documentation of LNG and LCNG.
2. Ensure all installations and equipment are in optimal working condition to extend asset lifespan.
3. Ensure regular power supply and routine servicing and maintenance of generating sets.
4. Ensure operators always wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with HSE and Greenville’s regulations.
5. Ensure members of staff and clients adhere to safety measures within the station and maintain safety compliance within the host community.
B. Sales and Business Development
6. Create market awareness of LNG/LCNG to the general public as the preferred fuel for present and future Nigeria.
7. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
8. Use historical sales data and market trends to set realistic targets, monitor weekly performance, and adjust strategies to drive revenue growth.
9. Identify sales opportunities by engaging with transporters, businesses, and trade associations within the station’s locality.
10. Design rewards for loyal customers and gather feedback to improve product and service quality.
11. Monitor market prices daily to remain competitive while maximizing profit margins.
12. Build partnerships and relationships with stakeholders to secure better deals and increase traffic.
C. Management and Administration
13. Manage operators, auxiliary staff, and clients to adhere to the rules and regulations governing Greenville LNG.
14. Maintain accurate records of operational tools and ensure proper documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to business administration.
• Note: An Engineering background with vast commercial experience will also be considered.
Experience:
• At least 5 years of work experience in an administrative/sales role within FMCG, Logistics companies, CNG Stations, LPG Stations, or Tank farms.
• Proven track record in maintaining good work ethics, keeping files, and recording systems.
