About the Role
CARE International is seeking a passionate and skilled professional to join our team as Manager, Donor Engagement and Stewardship. In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives to strengthen relationships with high-net-worth donors and play a key part in supporting CARE’s mission to fight global poverty and promote social justice.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective donor engagement strategies to enhance and sustain relationships with major donors
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align donor interests with CARE’s diverse programs and initiatives
– Manage stewardship activities, including donor reporting and communications, to ensure ongoing donor satisfaction and retention
– Analyze donor data to inform engagement approaches and identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field
– Minimum of five years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or nonprofit management
– Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in donor management systems and data analysis tools
