Call for Researchers, Data Collectors, and Enumerators: Climate Change Research in Northern Nigeria
The Network of Women with Disabilities, in collaboration with Preston Associates and the Partnership for Agile Governance and Climate Engagement (PACE) Project, is conducting an important climate change research study across Kaduna, Jigawa, and Kano states. This project, supported by Social Development Direct and FCDO, seeks to gather critical data and insights on the impact of climate change in these regions.
We are seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals to fill the following key positions:
• Researchers: Contribute to the design, implementation, and analysis of the research study.
• Data Collectors: Gather accurate and reliable data through surveys, interviews, and other research methods.
• Enumerators: Assist in data collection efforts, ensuring comprehensive coverage and representation across the selected communities.
Requirements:
• Possession of a PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as environmental science, social science, or statistics.
• Mandatory residency in Kaduna, Jigawa, or Kano state.
• Proven experience in research methodologies, data collection, and analysis is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with the local context, culture, and communities in the target states is an advantage.
