Call for Facilitators – Capacity Building Workshop on Disability Inclusion in Governance
Are you passionate about advancing disability inclusion and promoting good governance? Do you have experience working with women and girls with disabilities? Here is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in communities across Nigeria.
Cedar Seed Foundation, with support from Luminate, is seeking qualified and experienced facilitators to lead a Capacity Building Workshop on Disability Inclusion in Governance. The workshops will be conducted across six states: Anambra, Edo, Ekiti, Gombe, Kaduna, and Nasarawa.
Eligibility Criteria:
Prospective facilitators must meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training related to disability rights, gender equality, or human rights.
- Strong understanding of disability inclusion, with specific knowledge of relevant national and international legal frameworks and policies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Prior experience working directly with persons with disabilities, particularly women and girls, is highly desirable.
- Persons with disabilities, especially women, are strongly encouraged to apply.
