Call for Applications: Seed Grants for AI-Powered Digital Rights Tools in Africa
The Digitalise Youth consortium, through Code For Africa (CfA), is offering a unique opportunity for human rights-defending organizations across Africa. Five seed grants are available to support Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in developing AI-powered tools to combat disinformation, hate speech, and digital surveillance.
Selected CSOs will be tasked with creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or working prototype that addresses critical issues related to digital rights, freedom of expression, and online safety. This initiative aims to empower organizations to leverage innovative technologies to protect human rights in the digital sphere.
