We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistants to support evidence generation in our research projects. This part-time role involves data collection and articulation to contribute to the development of policy-relevant outputs.

Position Overview:
The Research Assistant will support evidence generation in our research projects aimed at empowering supply and demand sides of the evidence value chain for sustainable social, political, and economic development in Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support data collection, entry, and basic analysis.
• Assist in drafting reports, briefs, and research outputs.
• Engage with key stakeholders.
• Maintain research files and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s/HND in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data collection tools (ODK, Survey Monkey, KoboCollect, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver tasks promptly.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
