Job Description

  • Articulate and design the framework and operational plan to communicate and implement the Private Banking Strategy across the Groups, BDOs, Branches and Teams.
  • Mine sales performance data, conduct analysis and analyse and  and generate Initiate, manage and select
  • Strategic Projects and initiatives on behalf of the Group Executive 
  • Oversee sales and increased activities of the Premium Services Banking Unit within the Private Banking Division. 
  • Develop working partnership (internally & externally) across all SBUs and SRFs and other stakeholders to enhance the delivery of the strategic objectives of the Business unit
  • Responsible for generation and monitoring of Private Banking Division Budget and Performance alike with strong relationship with Business Performance & Monitoring dept and other SRFs that drive performance and reporting.
  • Responsible for setting up and coordinating all activities that has to do with the Business Planning in RBS Division. 
  • Support ED Corporate Banking group to effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance issues that could affect Corporate Banking group business. 
  • Proactively ensure that appropriate tracking/follow up mechanisms are in place to monitor the implementation of strategic priorities.
  • Monitor the implementation of the business’ short, medium and long term strategic goals and objectives. 
  • Responsible for articulation and communication of Corporate Banking Group strategy across the business to ensure that the strategy details are well understood and aligned with all sub-segments or units standalone strategies. 
  • Responsible for setting up and coordinating all activities that has to do with the Business Planning Team in CBG.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Minimum Education: HND / B.Sc. in any discipline, with minimum of Upper Credit for HND and 2.2 for B.Sc. 
  • MBA/ACCA or post graduate education as added advantage 
  • Minimum of 8+ years cognate experience. Experience with strategic and business development. 
  • Strong consulting and financial background is required.
