Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt
Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives to acquire and retain corporate and individual clients.
Manage existing client accounts and portfolios effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Bring in new business opportunities with measurable results backed by past performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5–10 years of proven experience in insurance brokerage or financial services.
Knowledge of the Nigerian insurance industry and regulatory requirements is essential.
Must have an existing portfolio of clients/accounts being serviced.
A track record of consistently exceeding business targets and revenue goals
