Job Title: Brand Sales Manager

Salary: 300K – 400K Net
Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director
Job Summary:
The Brand Sales Manager will lead the charge in building, positioning, and selling the company’s wine and spirits portfolio. This role combines strategic sales leadership with brand development and visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, managing client relationships, and representing the brand in a compelling and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, Premium spirit, or wine and spirits.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer engagement, and channel sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and represent the brand at meetings, trade shows, and events.
