• AWARFA-N invites interested and qualified individuals to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the position of State Coordinator in Nigeria.
Responsibilities:
• Champion the mission and objectives of AWARFA-N within your state.
• Engage relevant stakeholders (women in Animal Resources Farming & Agribusiness, government, NGOs, private organizations).
• Organize training and capacity-building programs for women beneficiaries.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations.
• Promote networking among women in the agricultural sector.
• Collect and submit data and provide updates on AWARFA-N’s activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AWARFA-N’s goals.
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Animal Resources Farming and Agribusiness.
• Proven leadership and coordination skills.
• Strong networking and partnership-building abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and local language).
• Demonstrated commitment to AWARFA-N’s goals.
• Familiarity with the agricultural landscape in your assigned state.
• Availability to travel.
