Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial management of all donor-funded and institutional projects.
- Develop project budgets in alignment with programmatic goals and donor requirements.
- Monitor project expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for donors, management, and other stakeholders.
- Liaise and negotiate with existing and potential donors on financial requirements and reporting formats.
- Support project teams with financial planning, analysis, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, organizational financial policies, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee internal control process, project financial audits, and provide documentation as required at all levels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of donor financial regulations and grant management practices.
- Provide financial training and capacity-building support to project staff.
