Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator will ensure accurate and efficient data input, validation, and management to support smooth business operations and record-keeping across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify, cross-check, and correct data errors and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client data.
  • Generate and share relevant reports as requested by management.
  • Ensure organized filing and documentation of electronic and physical data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Follow company data entry guidelines and operational standards.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of data processes.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within set timelines.

Requirements:

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.
