Qualification and Experience
- B.Sc./HND in Gender Studies, Social Sciences or related field.
- Master’s Degree in above fields is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in gender transformative programming and mainstreaming preferably in a humanitarian and/or development context.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven capacity of management, leadership, and teamwork.
- Availability and Quality Assurance
- Good negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable and Vast experience in gender transformative programming and mainstreaming
- Strong knowledge in gender transformative programming and mainstreaming
- Productivity and Efficiency
- The ability to multitask.
- Adequate problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hausa
- Excellent reporting skills
- Excellent communication, diplomatic skills, and writing skills
- Computer proficiency (word, excel and internet)
- Good analytical skills, at ease with figures and data.
