Women Leading the Change is more than an event it’s a movement. This groundbreaking 3-month online training program is designed to equip young Nigerian women aged 18 – 40 with the tools, strategies, and confidence to take up space in the political arena.
Through interactive, expert-led sessions, participants will explore critical topics such as:

Power and Power Mapping – Understanding how power operates and where it lives.
Advocacy Strategy – Planning effective campaigns that drive real change.
Electoral Reforms – Staying informed on Nigeria’s evolving democratic processes.
Issue Framing and Messaging – Crafting compelling narratives that resonate.Coalitions and Alliances – Learning to build movements, not just moments.
Local Grassroots Assemblies – Mobilizing communities for long-term impact.
